It can be very useful for you to add your current suppliers to our vendor database. They will send you back their quote using the same process / format (you just have to post your RFQ. - Request For Quotation once) You can decide to either send your RFQ only to your own vendor list or to any selected vendors part of the Purchasing Planet database... Adding your current suppliers to our database will just take 1 minute and save you a lot of time. Simply start bu posting a RFQ from the Buyer page, then click on the "Add your own vendors" button when prompted. Back to Top How can I add my potential customers to your database ? It can be very useful for you to add your potential customers to our buyers database. You will then automatically receive RFQ. if they are looking for the type of product or service you offer. Those potential customers will receive your price quotation. To add a buyer to our database, simply go to www.purchasingplanet.com/NPR/Vendor/NPRVendor.asp and enter the email address of the customers or sales leads you want us to inform. This is possible especially if you selected a very specific product category / geographic area / type of vendor mix, or if you have too wide options. If you are a vendor, check your account at www.purchasingplanet.com/Vendor/VendAccount.htm and modify parameters if necessary. If you are a Buyer, post a new RFQ with different parameters. Our recommandation is that you register in this database your current vendors or potential customers. They will themselves more than likely register their own vendors / customers for the exact same category, and this will automatically exponentially increase the number of companies potentially doing business with yours... Although we want to offer a simple / easy to use tool to our Purchasing Community, we are committed to upgrade our tools in order to better serve our community. If your business requires that our tool take into account certain additional parameters to select vendors for instance, we will do our best to include such requirements in our system.
